Unfortunately, the Zune has never been officially released outside of the US. That's why there is no support for Zune Marketplace in the UK, and may never be.

WHEN will Zune's marketplace show up in the UK--this is ridiculous, My wife bought me a 80GB Zune and was horrified that we can't use all of its great features here in england. for example, this subcription pass.

I could see this make sense if remaining downloads were rolled over to your next billling period, meaning you get twenty tracks the second month if you don't download anything the first month. But I guess that won't be the case?
