last100: Universal Music Group exploring ISP file-sharing tax

Yeah! The music industry is not what it was 20 years ago. I guess something has to be done about piracy. In England, for example, everyone has to pay TV tax. I guess that some kind of tax probably the way record labels & such will go to make sure they get their ROI.
