you can go to www.hollywoodpocket.com to watch full movies on your iphone.
it's free, speed and work in wifi or 3g ( need to wait about 30 secondes before the movie begin )

ooTunes will let you play just about any internet radio stream (Windows media streams included). You have to run the server yourself though (kinda like orb).

A slight correction info, vtap for iPhone does transcode the video and you can indeed play a wide formats of videos including flash.
